Sending us artwork

When sending such files as GIF, BMP, TIFF, PICT, AND JPEG require a cleaning up process. We will use files sent as an idea to base a price. These file types require several hours of clean up to get art in reproducible condition.

File format requirements

We work in a vector format, as opposed to raster formats, for the majority of our products. Vector format files are more precise an accurate than raster formats and yield a higher quality finished product. Our machines follow these precise vector mathematical lines to cut, trace, and route your designs. Corel, Freehand, Adobe Illustrator and any other vector program able to export an '.eps' file can be used to create the vector image.

Adobe Illustrator files with 'PLACED' images are not usable. All file types must be converted to 'outline paths' in order for them to be usable for your signage project
