HP 45500 12 head UV Flat Bed Printer
This Printer is the latest in sign making technology. With the HP 45500 we at “Sign Professionals” are able to print long lasting graphics on several materials including but not limited to any hard flat material up to one inch thick and weighing less than 100 lbs. This machine to name a few, can print on 4’ x 8’ sheets of foam board, Gator foam, Sintra, Coroplast. With the HP45500 we can also print to any roll stocks of vinyl, banner and paper as well as some cloth materials from 24” wide up to 50” wide. If you need one or several high quality 1200 DPI prints in a hurry then the HP45500 is what we would use to give you the absolute best-printed product.
Gerber Saber 408 flat bed Router (CNC Machine)
The Gerber 408 has been a workhorse in the sign industry and for us for more then 15 years. With the Gerber 408 we are able to cut, carve or shape any material up to 3” thick with the exception of glass and stone. With the 408 our design staff is able to design your company or organization a state of the art shaped or contour cut sign. “Sign Professionals” is known thru out Connecticut for providing the very best quality carved gold leaf and dimensional signs in the industry. We also use the 408 to cut several metals and plastics to create custom logos and letters.
With the combination of the HP45500 Flat Bed and the Gerber 408 we are able to print directly to a 4’ x 8’ sheet of material then transfer the sheet of material to the Gerber 408 and contour cut the printed material. It can be one 4’ x 8’ image or multiple images on one sheet.

With this printer we can print long lasting graphics to several vinyl and banner materials. We use this machine to make high quality graphics for many applications including but not limited to vehicle graphics. From just lettering your vehicle doors or wrapping the entire vehicle with graphics there is no job to big or to small.

With this quality piece of equipment we can add a laminate to most any product to extend its outdoor life by protecting sign surfaces from UV light, scratches and fading of printed graphics to give you the longest lasting product in the industry.
24” Graphtec Plotter/ Vinyl Cutter
This cutter allows us to cut vinyl and pen plot paper patterns we also use this to cut sandblast mask for carved signs.
